Complaints submitted through this channel will be handled with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.

IMPORTANT: When submitting a complaint for feedback, please ensure the following information is included:

  • Your association with Beyond Credit (e.g., client, guarantor):
  • Description of the complaint:
  • Identification of Beyond Credit’s staff involved (if relevant):
  • Supporting documentation (if available).

Whistleblowing

  • The purpose of whistleblowing is to alert authorities to unethical behavior and illegal infractions, enabling prompt action to rectify the issue. Unethical practices may encompass:
  • Financial malpractices, impropriety, or fraud;
  • Non-compliance with legal or regulatory obligations;
  • Actions endangering health, safety, or the environment;
  • Criminal activities;
  • Unethical conduct or behavior.
